I have been bought up in this amazing Tasman area and I currently work in my local community at Greenwood Health since 2018.
When I completed my high school years at Motueka High school, I headed off to Christchurch and completed my Bachelor of Nursing in 2008. After graduating I gained many different nursing skills in surgical ward nursing, general medical wards, day stay surgery and endoscopy in Christchurch and Wellington. I was very keen to move to preventive healthcare and work within my community, this is where I found my passion for the speciality area of practice Nursing, which I started 10 yrs ago.

At Greenwood Health I work along side our nurse manager as a clinical nurse educator for our nursing team. I also specialise in the area of diabetes where I have extensive knowledge in this field and help those patients needing extra support or those that need to start on insulin.
Outside of work, I chase the adventurous backyard we have and enjoy the outdoors where I love tramping and biking with my two boys and my husband.
